Self Care For Moms

Thought I would start out the first post to get us going!

I have been learning about how important that we take time for ourselves! Being a mom takes a lot of time, effort, and patience! ;-)
But as the saying goes: How can we pour water for others from an empty bucket?

We need to take some the time for ourselves...allow yourself to be selfish once in a while! Because this in turn will help us to be happier, better people to those around us.

Self Care Ideas:

1. Go for run/walk
2. Take a minute to read a good book.
3. Buy yourself a new outfit! (some of us could really use this!)
4. Go to the temple.
5. Get your hair cut.
6. Take a bubble bath!

There are so many things you can do. It's good to do something for yourself at least once a week, but sometimes more depending on the week! Right? :-)

I love you sisters so much! I look forward to reading posts from each other. The sky is the limit to what you can post about: food, DIY ideas, crafts, spiritual thoughts, exercise tips, advice on how to raise children (someone please!), miracle stories, anything!
